Delivery Schedule 

We will begin building your Summerboard as soon as the purchase is made and the lead time is always noted on the order page. All products are hand-built at our headquarters by the sharpest engineers in Los Angeles, California. Please reach out to support@summerboard.com if you have any questions or would like any updates throughout this process. Summerboard does not cover any duties and taxes that are charged by our customers' local government agencies.

Warranty Policy

Summerboard SBX Warranty

In addition to our end to end 6-month warranty, Summerboard covers any manufacturing defects for the following components for 2 years:

  • Motors
  • Powerball Drive Wheels
  • Trucks

and the following components for 1 year:

  • Batteries
  • Deck

The warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes and impacts, road damage, normal wear and tear, or exposure to water. Wear & tear items such as belts, wheels and bearings are not covered and the warranty is non transferable.

 

Summerboard SB1 Warranty

In addition to our end to end 6-month warranty, Summerboard covers any manufacturing defects for the following components for 1 years:

  • Motors
  • Powerball Drive Wheels
  • Trucks
  • Batteries
  • Deck

The warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes and impacts, normal wear and tear, or exposure to water. Wear & tear items such as belts, wheels and bearings are not covered and the warranty is nontransferable. To file a warranty claim, simply email support@summerboard.com to receive a response within 24 hours.

    Repairs

    The Summerboard is the most versatile rideable on the planet, and we want our customers to ride and push the limits of the board without fear of repairs. Therefore, we took a different approach than every other electric rideable manufacturer – we built the Summerboard to be easily repairable with simple tools.

    The entire board can be disassembled with a handful of allen wrenches and screwdrivers. Repair parts can be sent by mail for easy swap by the customer, rather than waiting months to return the board for repairs.

    Repair parts will be sold to customers by simply sending an email to support@Summerboard.com and diagnosing any problem with our support team.

    Cancellation & Return Policy

    We accept returns on any unused product that arrive to our headquarter address. The box must be un-opened, in the original packaging (with photo evidence) and received at the Summerboard HQ within 15 days of the original ship departure date. Refund will also deduct any shipping fees and credit card processing fees paid by Summerboard, in addition to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card cancellation/refund fees are 2.4% for USA and 3.4% for orders outside the USA. Due to the nature of the product, Summerboard cannot be returned after being opened. Summerboard warrants goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in normal use and service.

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Summerboard reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Summerboard also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Summerboard, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
