Letter from the CEO

[UPDATED] August14th, 2020 - 7 day shipping timeline for orders placed today.

First, we would like to thank the doctors, nurses, first responders and everyone involved in treating those afflicted with the COVID-19 virus. The safety and the well-being of our employees, our customers, and our families, is always our top priority - and therefore we have taken steps to increase safety throughout the manufacturing and shipping process during this time.

We are shipping orders. We finally have our parts in after a LONG wait this summer, and will be completely caught up on orders in the next few days. We strongly believe that 7 days is an estimate we can likely beat, so that is the build time we are posting now.

We manufacture in the USA, so we have complete control over our supply chain and manufacturing processes and are not subject to the same delays and setbacks that others have experienced that manufacture abroad. We also work with small shops abroad (10 employees or less) so we are very nimble and were able to get up and running a lot faster than most companies.
